An important step for any organization whose goal is to be permanent, effective and enduring is to build its membership and to seek community Sponsors. The Great Falls Senior Center (GFSC) is at that stage of its evolution: it must assemble a corps of committed and participating individuals and Sponsors whose interests are in solidifying and guiding the future of this organization, one that we believe already has made a positive impact on the community we are dedicated to serve.

An application for Sponsor membership is accessible above. You can mail your application and the sponsorship fee to GFSC Post Office Box 425, Great Falls, Virginia 22066. We are a 501(c)3 organization.

What are the benefits of being a Sponsor to the Great Falls Senior Center?

• First and importantly, you take “ownership” of this organization. You are publicly saying that you believe in it, and you want to be part of its future direction and growth, and, at this moment, in the Center’s evolution.

• Secondly, and as important, sponsor recognition is incorporated into all public relations media for the month you are an event sponsor. This may include a press release as well as program handouts at both the preceding month’s event and the event you sponsor. You are publicly recognized at the event; and, if you desire, you have a table assigned for you to display information about your business and can speak for up to five (5) minutes before the event speaker.

The feedback from those attending Senior Center events has been positive and re-affirming. Presently, we have over almost 200 members in the GFSC.  We hope and trust that you will want to join us in forging ahead with the concept and mission of the Great Falls Senior Center --- as a Sponsor.
